This website is operated by GraphicsArt LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GraphicsArt. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS & COLORS

Please note that all our products are custom-made.

  • Color Matching: Colors displayed on your screen (RGB) may appear slightly different from the final printed product (CMYK) due to monitor calibration. Neon/Fluorescent colors are difficult to reproduce digitally and may vary.
  • Design Adjustments: We reserve the right to slightly adjust the design layout to fit your specific plastic shape perfectly.

SECTION 2 - INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

We provide high-quality, air-release vinyl to make installation easier, but we are not responsible for errors made during the installation process.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for graphics that are damaged, wrinkled, or bubbled during installation.
  • We recommend professional installation if you are not comfortable applying the graphics yourself.

SECTION 3 - USER GENERATED CONTENT

If you upload your own logos or request specific brand logos to be added to your design, you represent that you have the right/license to use those logos. GraphicsArt LLC assumes no liability for trademark infringement for logos provided or requested by the customer.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
