Custom Product Policy
Because our graphics are 100% custom-made to your specific bike model, name, and number, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect bike information provided by the customer.
However, we stand behind our quality. Here is how we handle issues:
β We Will Cover It (Full Refund or Reprint)
We take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement or a full refund if:
- Production Error: We printed the wrong design, wrong color, or wrong spelling (different from what you entered/approved).
- Quality Defect: The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Lost in Transit: If the carrier (UPS/USPS) confirms the package is lost, we will reprint and ship a new kit immediately or issue a full refund.
β We Cannot Cover It (No Refund)
We are unable to offer refunds or returns if:
- Wrong Bike Model Selected: The customer selected the wrong year/model during checkout. (Please double-check your bike details before ordering!).
- Installation Errors: We are not responsible for bubbles, wrinkles, or damage caused during installation.
- Change of Mind: The customer decides they no longer want the kit after production has begun.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the design or printing process has started, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be possible.
How to Request a Correction
If there is an issue with your order, please email us with your Order Number and photos of the defect. We are here to help and will ensure you get a perfect product.
