Production Turnaround

All our graphics kits are made to order.

• Design & Production: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to design, print, and cure your graphics before shipping.
• Proofing: If you requested a design proof, production starts only after your approval.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

🇺🇸 Continental USA (48 States)

• Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): 3-5 Business Days.
• Express Upgrade: Available at checkout for an additional $25. Delivery in 2 Business Days (after production).
• Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

🏝️ Non-Continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands)

• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail.
• Transit Time: 10-15 Business Days.
• Tracking Disclaimer: Please be aware that tracking updates for these regions are not always real-time. It is common to see a lack of updates for 5-10 days, with new information often appearing only 48 hours before final delivery. This is normal behavior for shipments to these territories.

🌍 International Shipping (Rest of the World)

• Carrier: UPS Worldwide.
• Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days.
• Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes charged by their local customs office.

📦 Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address free of charge as long as the package has not yet left our facility.
